Shipping policy

At ILHAM, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. All orders are shipped within 2-4 business days of receiving your order confirmation.

       Shipping Charges

• inside chittagong : BDT 80

• Outside chittagong : BDT 120

• Exchange Fee: BDT 220

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping charge regardless of whether they accept the product. Once the shipping process has started, orders cannot be canceled.

Shipping Duration

• Inside chittagong : 2-4 business days

• Outside chittagong: 3-6 business days

Note: Deliveries to remote areas may require an additional 1-2 business days. Delays may also occur during peak times such as holidays.
