Refund Policy:

1. If the item you ordered is defective, we will replace it with a new item at no additional cost. 

2. If the item you received is not as described on our website, we will exchange it at our cost.

3.Issues with defective, incorrect, or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
4.Items purchased during special sales with free product offers are ineligible for returns.

If your exchange is approved, we will process it within 6 business days. Exchanges will be sent out once the original item is returned.


       Additional Information:

  • No Refunds: Once you have received a product, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Exchanges are the only option available.

  • Shipping Costs: We cannot offer refunds for shipping costs.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): If your order is COD, you are allowed to inspect the product before accepting it. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it at your own cost (for delivery and return shipping). Please note that COD orders are only eligible for exchanges, not refunds, once the product has been accepted.

  • Size Mistake: If you ordered the wrong size, you can exchange it for a different size, but you will be responsible for the exchange fee and shipping costs.

  • Our Mistake: If we made a mistake with your order (incorrect item or size), we will exchange it free of charge, including return shipping.
